2014 Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit

Heidrick & Struggles is a proud sponsor of the 2014 Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit, an annual invitation-only event that brings together women leaders across business, government, academia, philanthropy and the arts. The Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit—now in its 16th year — features a unique format: no speeches, all lively panel discussions, on-stage conversations, and interactive breakout sessions. A list of 2014 speakers can be found here.

The theme of this year’s conference is “The New Connected Leadership.”  Karen Fifer, Lee Hanson, Anne Lim O’Brien and Victoria Reese are representing Heidrick & Struggles at the conference in Laguna Niguel, California.

Heidrick & Struggles is also hosting “The Talent Pipeline,” an interactive panel discussion that will address the growing global pressures to attract and retain top talent today.  The panel will discuss talent strategies to keep your star performers. Anne Lim O’Brien will be a featured panelist along with Susan Peters, SVP, Human Resources at GE. The session will be moderated by Fortune writer Beth Kowitt.

In addition, for the second year Heidrick & Struggles is supporting the next generation of women leaders during the Fortune Notebook Mentoring Session.  The mentoring program features direct career advice and learning’s from some of the most powerful women in business.  This year, 35 high school girls from active military families will participate.
