2015 North American private equity compensation survey

More than 400 investment professionals recently took part in Heidrick & Struggles’ third annual survey of compensation trends in the North American private equity industry.

Among the findings: 52% of respondents reported an increase in base salary in 2015 versus 2014 — and of that group nearly eight in ten reported an increase of up to 20%. Further, 71% of respondents said their bonus in 2014 was bigger than it was in 2013.
