Nicole Adams-Kraus is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Philadelphia and Los Angeles offices and a member of the Leadership Consulting Practice. She was previously a principal at Decision Strategies International (DSI), a global strategy and leadership development advisory firm acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2016.
Nicole’s consulting career has involved advising leaders in Fortune 50 companies in telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, and consumer products industries. She helps drive long-term client success and strategic alignment through future-focused executive education and consulting engagements.
Nicole built her consulting skills at Monitor Company, a strategy consulting firm, working with companies in the U.S., Asia and the Middle East, with a focus on financial services, telecommunications, and consumer packaged goods.
She was also part of the start-up team at Wireless Generation, a premiere education technology company serving most major school districts across the United States. As one of its executive directors, Nicole successfully led product development, service and sales through a period of massive growth.
Nicole earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and French literature at the University of Michigan and a master of business administration from Columbia Business School.
