Maryline Borri is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris office and is a member of Heidrick Consulting. With 14 years of experience in HR and consulting, Maryline focuses on organizational effectiveness, talent development, and change management for global corporations.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Maryline was a senior manager in a consulting firm specializing in strategy and transformation, where she managed complex change projects for clients and optimized their HR, talent and learning functions by improving effectiveness of their programs, operations efficiency, and business strategy alignment.
Previously, she worked as a management consultant for a multinational management and technology consulting firm providing HR advisory services, including talent strategy development, organization and governance design, process improvement and systems implementation, and design and development of change management programs. Prior to that, she worked in an NGO promoting sustainable HR practices in organizations, fostering diversity and inclusion in French businesses. Maryline started her career as an HR professional in a multinational consumer goods company.
Maryline is a recognized expert in diversity and inclusion. She contributed to the Association française de normalization (AFNOR) committee that defined the NF X50-784 norm “HR Policies to promote diversity and prevent discrimination”.
Maryline holds a masters of communication from the Sorbonne University (CELSA) with an HR major. She is fluent in English and French.
