Timothy Brooks (Tim) is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and a member of the global Industrial and Aerospace & Defense practices. His specialty is recruiting CEOs and business unit leaders for public and private equity-sponsored B2B manufacturers. He also recruits executives in human resources and commercial functions, helping build effective leadership teams across industries such as automation & robotics, defense, custom-engineered solutions, and connectivity.
Experience
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Tim co-led the U.S. industrial practice of another global executive talent firm. He previously served as a U.S. Marine officer.
