Mark Jackson is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of the global Financial Services Practice. He currently leads financial services executive search services across the legal, risk, and compliance sectors in Europe & Africa.
Experience
Mark works with a range of global investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, life and general insurance companies, and broker/dealers recruiting senior executives from the chief risk officer, general counsel, and head of compliance level to the divisional or product lead level. Mark is also increasingly focused on the intersection between financial regulation and technology.
Mark began his search career with a leading international recruitment firm specializing in infrastructure across asset management, hedge funds, and custody. He subsequently joined a London-based boutique recruiting senior operational specialists across asset management, and then joined Heidrick & Struggles within the investment banking and capital markets team, focusing on debt capital markets, fixed income, and derivatives.
