Nancie Lataille is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Toronto office and a core member of the firm's Consumer, Retail and Legal & Compliance practices in North America. Nancie is experienced in advising international and Canadian corporations and firms in the areas of executive talent strategy, recruitment, development and management.
Nancie is highly regarded for her comprehensive approach, integrity and industry acumen commensurate with clients she partners with, from start-ups to market leaders. Nancie also advises boards and C-suites on how to assess and navigate the rapidly changing talent marketplace in Canada and abroad.
Nancie brings over fifteen years of experience in talent management to the firm. Her practice and industry knowledge was established in her early career which includes five years with a boutique firm, following private practice as a commercial/insolvency lawyer and articles with leading law firms in Toronto and Montreal.
Nancie was previously the corporate director of easyhome Ltd, Canada's largest merchandise lease company.
Nancie earned a bachelor’s degree in common law from Osgoode Hall Law School, and a bachelor’s degree in civil law from Universite de Montreal. She has also received the professional designation ICD.D granted by the Institute of Corporate Directors. Nancie is bilingual.
