Andrew LeSueur

Overview

Andrew LeSueur is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Stamford office and the global managing partner of Heidrick Consulting. He is also a member of the firm’s Management Committee.

Experience

With more than 30 years of consulting and industry experience, Andrew focuses on defining, building, and delivering high-impact programs with senior-level client leaders, linking impact to strategy and value. He is a trusted advisor to clients and has deep experience across a broad set of industries.

Andrew initially joined Heidrick & Struggles as a search consultant in the Industrial Practice focused on successful CXO placements in the transportation and logistics sector and operations functions, including transformation, supply chain, safety, and manufacturing.

He joined Heidrick & Struggles from McKinsey & Company, where he was a partner in the operations practice. He worked closely with transportation and distribution, financial services, private equity, and retail clients on supply chain, procurement, and operations strategy. He also worked closely with senior management teams on large-scale change management programs linking talent and organization to restructuring, M&A, and innovation.

Before McKinsey, Andrew led three technology and services companies serving clients in the maritime, chemicals, and consumer sectors. He also worked for A.T. Kearney, focusing on operations strategy for consumer products and pharmaceuticals clients. Before business school, he led sales and marketing efforts in Latin America for Westvaco (now WestRock), a global pulp and paper company.
