Nick Neuhausel is a partner and executive vice president at culture-shaping firm Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company. He also leads Senn Delaney's energy practice. Nick brings significant business leadership and consulting capabilities to help clients build healthy, high-performance cultures that deliver strong, sustainable business results.
His extensive executive-level experience leading human resources and business functions inside companies enables him to quickly assess the situation and develop systematic approaches to address the issues impeding performance.
Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Nick spent much of his career as a member of top organizational teams helping those companies meet the challenges of a dynamic environment. He was a member of key merger integration teams as well as being integrally involved on both sides of acquisitions.
Nick began his career at Sun Oil Company as an engineer. After acquiring a law degree, he became vice president of human resources. He later served as senior vice president of human resources and administration at Transco Energy Company. In that role, he helped that organization shift its culture to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing regulatory environment.
Nick received a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering/industrial engineering, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo, and a Master of Sciences in management from Massachusetts Institute Technology as a part of the Sloan Fellows Program.
