Jarrad is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Leadership Consulting practice, where he specializes in strategy and organizational transformation. He works with senior executives and leadership teams to accelerate performance in environments of rapid change and uncertainty.
Jarrad has led engagement teams in developing future-focused strategic plans, aligning talent strategies to business goals, and transforming entire operating models to drive future growth. He has also authored numerous future studies to help clients navigate evolving industries, ranging from banking to national defense. Additionally, Jarrad has spearheaded efforts to craft and refine the Strategic Aptitude Assessment™, a Heidrick & Struggles proprietary tool that unpacks and measures strategic thinking ability in business leaders.
He began his career in organizational transformation as an associate at Decision Strategies International (DSI), a global strategy and executive development advisory firm acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2016.
In conjunction with his work at Heidrick & Struggles, Jarrad teaches Credit Union Business Simulation at the Aresty Institute of Executive Education, University of Pennsylvania, along with an online course on Critical Thinking and Decision Making.
Jarrad holds a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in east Asian languages & civilizations from the University of Pennsylvania.
