Jeff Sanders is vice chairman and co-managing partner of the global CEO & Board Practice. He is based in the firm’s New York and San Francisco offices. Most recently, he served as managing partner of Heidrick & Struggles’ North American CEO Practice and as a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Jeff has also served as the global sector leader for the firm’s Software Practice and Venture Capital Practice. He joined Heidrick & Struggles in 1997.
Jeff was named to Fortune’s “40 under 40 – Ones to Watch” in 2010, and before that, Businessweek named him one of the “100 Most Influential Executive Recruiters in the World.” He has executed a number of CEO, COO, board of director and other senior-level searches.
