Experience
Barbara works primarily with industrial and B2B services clients throughout Europe. She focuses on manufacturing, chemical, packaging, energy, transportation & logistics, and diversified B2B services sectors serving large corporations and mid-size companies. She conducts searches for general managers and other senior-level functional roles including industrial operations and supply chain with a particular focus on the human resources function.
Barbara has more than 20 years of experience in executive search. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, she worked for six years at another global executive search firm in Paris in the industrial and advanced technology practices She began her career within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Poland.
Barbara is a dual citizen of Poland and France. She is fluent in French, English, and Polish.
