A seasoned expert in leading culture transformation and leadership team development, Sébastien Terral (Seb) is an engagement leader at culture-shaping firm Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company, based in Paris.

Seb believes people can perform in an effective and caring manner, at work and at home, when they are at their best, and he helps them to do this through careful listening, compassion, appreciating success, and nurturing healthy personal growth.   

Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Seb served as head of learning and development at Hertz and Europcar International. He partnered with business divisions in Europe, Asia and the Pacific to provide learning solutions that drive performance among field operation and leadership employees.

In 2011, he became a certified facilitator in Senn Delaney’s culture-shaping methodology. With sponsorship from the senior management team, he led a team of 18 facilitators to deliver the culture-shaping program to 15,000 employees globally. In 2012, Seb was awarded a Global Leadership Award for the implementation of Hertz’s culture-shaping program.

Prior to his work at Hertz and Europcar, he was head of procurement for McDonald’s-IPL Europe, based in the UK and France. Additionally, he served in the fire department for six years and in the French police forces as part of his national service.

Education:

Seb holds a B.A. in business studies from Brunel University in London, and a master’s degree in international learning and development from Panthéon Sorbonnes University in Paris. He speaks French and English.
