He has helped hire top talent across IT services, software, internet, consulting & advisory, and business services clients.

He is also particularly skilled and passionate about identifying the right talent for new-age, disruptive technology startups and internet companies to help them grow and scale up sustainably.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Karthik worked with a top-tier management consulting firm, assisting global clients across industries on multifarious engagements ranging from operations excellence and technology transformation to organization restructuring and talent management.
His prior industrial experience also makes him adept at planning, process optimization and enterprise profitability.
