Tracy Wolstencroft is Chairman of Heidrick & Struggles International, a premier global consultancy that advises on the power of talent and leadership to accelerate performance and transform organizations. The firm serves a diversified client base of corporations, institutions, governments, not-for-profits and individuals. Heidrick is committed to its purpose: to help clients change the world, one leadership team at a time. Previously, he was President and Chief Executive Officer and joined the firm’s Board of Directors in February 2014.

Wolstencroft was previously a Partner at Goldman Sachs. Throughout a 25-year career, he led businesses in the United States, Asia and Latin America. His wide range of experience includes advising chief executives and boards of directors. Following his retirement, he remained an Advisor and served as Chair of Goldman’s Global Clean Technology practice.

Wolstencroft is Co-Chair of the International Rescue Committee. He is also Vice-Chair of the National Geographic Society, a trustee of the Brookings Institution, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.


Tracy earned his BA from Bowdoin College.
