With more than 10 years of consulting and industry experience, Laura Leigh has expertise in optimizing organizational performance through corporate culture shaping, organizational design, leadership development, and top team effectiveness. Since joining Heidrick & Struggles in 2017, she has designed and implemented global client journeys for companies spanning a broad range of industries including industrial, technology, retail and consumer, life sciences, oil and gas, and financial services.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Laura Leigh worked at Strategy&, formerly Booz & Company, advising corporate and private equity clients on growth strategy with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.
