Overview
Luke Robbins is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Sydney and Perth offices and a member of the global Industrial Practice. He has 20 years of experience in executive search across industries, specializing in C-level search and leadership assessment and development. He leads searches for board and CxO appointments, including finance, operations, commercial, strategy, human resources, digital, and sustainability.
Experience
Luke has completed assignments across EMEA, North America, and APAC with listed and unlisted, multinational, private equity, family-owned, not-for-profit, and venture capital-backed organizations. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, he was based in Europe with a multinational search firm leading the global natural resources practice. Prior to that, he founded and sold an international, European-based search firm.
As a trained and qualified assessor with the British Psychological Society, he works with organizations to make informed strategic decisions regarding hiring, development, and succession planning. Luke is passionate about sustainability and DE&I in leadership and works closely with his clients to identify, attract, assess, and retain diverse and sustainable leaders.
