Chris Bray is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and regional managing partner of the Technology Practice in Europe & Africa. He also leads the Software Practice in Europe & Africa. Chris partners with clients to develop efficient hiring processes and define position requirements, screen potential candidates, and assist with the execution of each search.
Experience
Chris’s executive search practice focuses on recruiting leaders for top NASDAQ-listed technology companies, high growth venture-backed and private companies in the technology sector across multiple verticals including enterprise software, cloud services, security, storage, embedded technology, and hardware companies.
On the functional side, Chris specializes in CEOs, EMEA and UK regional presidents, sales directors, CTOs, heads of engineering, and CMOs. He also leads the firm's Mobility Practice in Europe & Africa and is a member of the Marketing, Sales & Strategy Officers Practice.
In executive search, Chris focuses on recruiting leaders for leading NASDAQ-listed technology companies, high-growth venture-backed, and private companies in the technology sector across multiple industries, including enterprise software, cloud services, security, storage, embedded technology, and hardware companies.
An accomplished search professional for more than a decade, Chris joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2010 from another major executive search firm where he was a consultant in the software practice. He began his career in executive search working for a UK-listed executive search firm.
