Clare Buxton is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of the global Financial Services Practice. She co-leads the Crypto & Digital Assets Sector in Europe & Africa.
Experience
Clare’s search portfolio has spanned regional and global senior leadership positions across the consumer and commercial banking space, as well as at the intersection of financial services and technology internationally. She has led multiple CEO and business leadership searches across digital financial services, fintech, and payments as well as functional chief information officer and chief operating officer roles. Clare also leads searches in transaction services and outsourcing / processing businesses.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles in 2010, Clare worked with a boutique executive recruitment firm where she specialized in technical and commercial roles within the renewable energy industry. Clare previously worked with a European recruitment organization.
