Fabienne is a partner at the Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris office and a member of the Global Industrial Practice. With 25 years of experience in executive search, she has completed a wide range of global, senior-level searches within the industrial and B2B services industry for large, international public companies, as well as large- and medium-sized private equity-backed companies.
Experience
Fabienne’s field of expertise covers a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace/aviation and defense, logistics/transportation/e-commerce, building and construction, B2B services, and diversified manufacturing.
She has conducted assignments for general management positions, including CEO, CFO, business unit leaders, and management committee members, as well as for such critical roles as human resources directors, vice presidents of operations, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and R&D, chief commercial officers and more.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Fabienne was a partner in the industrial practice of a prominent executive search firm. She is fluent in French and English and speaks basic Russian.
