Anne Mette Dissing-Immerkær is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Copenhagen office and a member of the CEO & Board of Directors, Industrial, and Consumer Markets practices. She has a European and Nordic scope, specializing in high-level industrial and consumer searches. Anne Mette is a trusted executive search advisor with an extensive network in the Danish business community, private organizations, and the public sector, advising clients on CEO, board, and C-suite level placements and assessments.

Experience

With over 20 years in executive search, Anne Mette specializes in high-level executive and board placements and national and international assessments. Over the years, she has worked with clients to fill more than 100 board positions and more than 200 managing directors and CEOs while developing solid relationships with large Danish global corporations. Her portfolio includes leading Danish and multinational industrial, consumer, and retail companies.

Anne Mette focuses on board, CEO, and senior executive searches for clients across the industrial and consumer sectors. She works broadly within the Danish business sector, sourcing candidates with the right cultural fit for family, listed, and privately-owned companies and various private equity-owned companies. She began her career with another global executive search firm as a partner.

Anne Mette started her career at Danfoss, where she developed throughout her four-year tenure. After that, she headed all executive master programs at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) for several years, including the Executive MBA program and the full-time MBA.

She is fluent in Danish, English, and German.
