Tanja Ivkovic is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Sydney office, where she leads the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice across Australia and New Zealand. She advises clients across the full breadth of healthcare and life sciences disciplines including pharmaceuticals, medtech, healthcare services, and consumer health.
Experience
Tanja specializes in C-level executive search as well as leadership assessment and development. She has specific expertise leading searches for CEOs, presidents, and various functional CxOs including finance, commercial, strategy, marketing, HR, digital, and medical.
Before relocating to Australia in 2021, Tanja spent almost a decade building and leading the firm’s healthcare and life sciences practice in the Middle East. Given the growth and emergence of the sector in the Middle East, most of her mandates were international in nature, and many addressed key industry themes such as large-scale change, transformation, and digitalization.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Tanja worked for major multinational companies in the United Arab Emirates including GE and Emirates.
