Amy Miller is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Philadelphia office and a member of the Heidrick Consulting Practice. She focuses on developing executive education programming and managing consulting assignments, partnering with clients to co-create custom educational experiences that result in clear and lasting impact for individuals and organizations.
Amy previously served as a principal at Decision Strategies International (DSI), a global strategy and leadership development advisory firm acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2016.
Prior to DSI, Amy was a program director for custom executive education programs at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She was responsible for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of a portfolio of customized executive education programs. Through a consulting methodology, she worked with corporate clients and faculty to develop the curricula, select the faculty, and tailor learning experiences that produced desired results based on targeted objectives. She has worked with clients in many industries.
Amy built her consulting skills at Arthur Andersen and BearingPoint Consulting, where she worked on a broad range of projects with the finance organizations of several Fortune 500 companies and high-profile non-profit organizations.
Amy earned an MBA and a master’s in human resources and organizational development from the University of Georgia and a bachelor of arts degree in government from the College of William and Mary.
