Shashwika (Shash) Ravishankar is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the Private Equity Practice across North America and Asia.
Experience
Shash has over a decade of executive search experience, working with several of Heidrick & Struggles’ global clients to strengthen their investment teams and portfolio leadership. Shash has experience with hiring senior investment leaders, operating partners, and capital formation experts. Much of her experience relates to helping global funds open new markets and diversify across asset classes.
Shash has also worked on several CEO, CFO, and INED hires for private equity-backed portfolio companies, including digital infrastructure, IT services, software, and education.
Before Shash moved to Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office in 2024, she spent 4 years with Heidrick & Struggles in Singapore, where she was a member of our Private Equity, Financial Services, and Technology practices in Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Shash spent six years with another leading global executive search firm, where she started her career.
