Scott Thompson is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the Financial Services Practice. He works with a wide variety of clients, particularly in the recruitment of senior technology and operations executives for banks, private equity, hedge funds, FinTech, and insurance companies. Scott also has experience recruiting financial officers.
Experience
Recent assignments include recruiting chief technology officers to heads of security, digital, development, data, engineering, infrastructure, cloud, architecture, and operations leaders. While his focus has been on financial services, Scott has a track record of recruiting top technology talent across industries.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Scott was with Bloomberg L.P. in the sales and analytics department responsible for sales to investment managers, insurance companies, endowments, and universities.
