Overview
Linda Wegelius is a regional practice leader in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. She is a business operation, project management, and talent optimization specialist with broad people and organization capabilities in operations and process improvement, leadership alignment, change management, talent management, and workforce planning.
Experience
Linda’s experience spans projects and programs of varying sizes, complexities, and durations across various industries and geographies in both the private and public sectors. More recently, she has focused her attention on operations improvement and talent management initiatives to facilitate the growth of the Heidrick Consulting Practice in Europe, Africa, APAC, and the Middle East. She is passionate about individual and team development and providing opportunities for people to thrive.
Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Linda was in a consulting firm’s PMO practice where she focused on helping organizations successfully manage transformation and change. Before that, Linda worked in the travel industry. She’s a PRINCE2 practitioner and MSP certified. Linda is also certified in the use of psychometrics such as Hogan, Wave, and SWIFT.
