Overview

Jackie Wrotniak is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of the global Financial Officers Practice. She leads search engagements across the Europe, Africa, and U.S. markets for companies spanning a range of industries, with a primary focus in the technology and consumer sectors. 

Experience

Jackie has expertise with financial roles including CFO, deputy CFO, divisional and regional CFO, tax, treasury, FP&A, chief accounting officer, controller, and audit. She has managed individual appointments of finance leaders within listed, private equity- and venture-backed, and privately owned companies, as well as internal candidate assessments, market mapping exercises, and team builds. 

As a functional expert Jackie works across a variety of industries with a strong focus in technology and consumer, including enterprise software, cloud services, consumer internet, marketplaces, health tech, gaming, retail, e-commerce, fintech, and media & entertainment. She has worked with clients from both the New York and London offices. 

Before Heidrick & Struggles, Jackie was the regional manager of a U.S.-based girls lacrosse program, Revolution Lacrosse, in New York City. She oversaw the successful expansion of the business from its headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts to a new geographic market for the first time in company history.
