Jon Graziano is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Huntington Beach office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. He specializes in facilitating The Corporate Lab© rapid change model for developing organizational excellence, and leads culture-shaping engagements to create healthy, high-performance cultures. He is an experienced leader in operational transformation, business process improvement, customer relationship management, and operations excellence and innovation.
Jon previously served as managing director of continuous improvement at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, where he led cross-functional teams within commercial insurance focused on process and service enhancements, operational reporting and analytics, and offshore operations.
Additionally, he held several leadership roles at New York Life Insurance Company for almost a decade. In his last role at the company, he established and led a process transformation team, using Lean methodologies to improve the expense and profitability of many divisions. Jon also led team development of a new value proposition and customer experience strategy that increased revenue per customer by as much as 100 percent.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and theology from Boston College.
