Jeremy Hanson is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles' Chicago office and a member of the global CEO & Board of Directors Practice, consulting on the governance and leadership implications of growing investor demand for sustainability (ESG) performance. He was previously a managing partner of the global Financial Officers Practice.
Experience
Jeremy works with public and private companies across all industry sectors, focusing on consumer and retail, technology, industrial, business services, and life sciences. In addition to his search practice, Jeremy frequently advises clients on succession planning, organizational design, and executive coaching. He has specialized experience recruiting leaders to organizations with a strong conservation focus.
Before his career in executive search, Jeremy held various general management and consulting positions at American Express and Cargill. He is active in non-profit, community-based board work.
