Overview
Will Moynahan is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ London office, managing partner of the Private Capital Practice across Europe and Africa, and a member of the CEO & Board of Directors Practice. He advises private capital-controlled and publicly listed companies on board and executive leadership appointments and works closely with private capital firms on senior investment and operating roles.

Working across sectors and markets, Will brings together specialist teams to advise clients globally. Previously, he was a managing partner of the firm’s London office and the UK CEO & Board of Directors Practice. He currently oversees several markets across Europe and Africa.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Will was co-head of European private equity and a consultant at an international executive search boutique. Earlier, he was a senior associate at a global executive search firm in London and an associate at a U.K.-based executive search firm. He began his career as the research assistant to a U.K. government minister.
