Experience
Claudia works with a wide range of clients across Germany and Switzerland, including corporates, SMEs, and private equity investors, focusing on divisional, regional, and stand-alone human resources and finance roles across the DACH region. Within HR, she helps clients fill generalist as well as more specialized roles, including talent management, talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits. Her finance work includes chief financial officers as well as financial planning and analysis (controlling), controllership (accounting), treasury, and tax.
As a functional expert, Claudia leads search engagements across Europe and the U.S. across various industries with a strong focus on the consumer, technology, and industrial space.
Claudia has lived in Uruguay, Canada, the Netherlands, Spain, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and the U.S. She is fluent in German, English, Spanish, French, and Dutch.
