Overview
Kostas Balasis is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of the global Financial Services Practice and the Insurance sector in Europe and Africa. He works with clients across the insurance sector, including property and casualty (P&C), health, life, general insurance, reinsurance, and broking. Kostas also focuses on cross-sector assignments in corporate communications and investor relations.
Experience
With extensive experience serving clients across the UK and the Middle East, Kostas is known for delivering high-impact leadership solutions that align with clients’ strategic goals. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Kostas worked at a boutique search firm in Dubai, specializing in financial services across the EMEA region.
He began his career in telecommunications before completing his mandatory military service and earning a master’s degree. Kostas is a certified Hogan assessor.
