Michelle Doo is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Hong Kong office and a member of the global Education & Social Enterprise and Financial Officers practices. She has more than 20 years of executive search experience in the Asia Pacific region.
Experience
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Michelle spent twelve years with three boutique global search firms covering Greater China, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Singapore, and India. Before her search career, she was a manager at the Hong Kong Art Concern in charge of marketing, business development, public relations, and events management. Earlier in her career, Michelle was a senior accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong (then Price Waterhouse HK).
Having placed numerous presidents, vice presidents, managing directors, and directors in the banking, technology, telecommunications, media, professional services, and legal sectors, Michelle currently focuses on the higher education sector.
She is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants (ASCPA).
