Sarah Driscoll is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and regional managing partner of the global Technology & Services Practice in Europe and Africa.
Experience
Since joining Heidrick & Struggles in 2010, Sarah has worked with some of the world’s largest businesses in the consulting, strategy, and technology markets, as well as smaller entrepreneurial organizations seeking to bolster their leadership teams to achieve their growth ambitions, including a range of private equity-backed recruitment and staff augmentation businesses.
With more than 15 years of experience in executive search, she has broad global expertise in recruiting senior leaders across EMEA, North America, Latin America, Australia, and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Sarah was a senior associate with a pan-European boutique life sciences search firm. She is fluent in Spanish.
