Antoine Honoré is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dubai office and leads the assessment practice in the Middle East. He works with CEOs, boards, and senior leadership teams on top-of-the-house assessment for selection and succession planning to drive business performance.
Experience
With more than 15 years of experience, Antoine leads Heidrick & Struggles’ Assessment Practice in the Middle East, specializing in CEO, N-1, and N-2 assessments for both selection and succession planning of high-level leaders.
He partners with organizations to provide objective, data-driven insights that inform critical talent decisions and shape leadership pipelines. He has worked extensively across various industries, advising boards and C-suite executives on leadership strategy and succession planning.
Antoine leads a team delivering large-scale leadership assessment programs, supporting organizations in identifying, selecting, and developing top executive talent. His experience includes leading multiple global succession planning initiatives, such as assessing incumbent and successor leaders for a Middle Eastern telecom company.
He has also supported similar efforts in financial services, energy, and technology, assisting organizations in future-proofing their leadership teams.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, he was part of the senior leadership team at Australia’s largest technology company, advising the CEO and CTO on strategic workforce and succession planning.
Antoine combines deep business insights with behavioral science to enable organizations to unlock leadership potential. A former officer in the French Navy, he is fluent in English and French.
