Overview
Jennifer Streitwieser is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Philadelphia office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. She helps leaders align on strategic direction, define the structure and roles needed to execute, and instill the mindsets and behaviors that accelerate performance. Jennifer specializes in strategic transformation, organization design, culture shaping, change management, and employee experience.
Experience
Jennifer’s management consulting experience spans various industries, including industrials, life sciences, financial services, health care, consumer products, and non-profit organizations.
Previously, she was a senior partner at a global organizational consulting firm, where she designed programs for the firm’s largest clients and led global solution development for digital organizational strategy.
Before that, Jennifer held multiple executive roles in human resources and operations at Day & Zimmermann, a diversified services firm. She also worked for two national consulting firms, helping clients maximize the impact of their technology investments to drive business performance.
Jennifer began her career in financial services, working in multiple roles for a leading investment management firm.
