Overview
Jennifer Streitwieser is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Philadelphia office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. She helps leaders create alignment around strategic direction, determine the structure and roles needed to execute, and instill the mindsets and behaviors to accelerate performance. Jennifer specializes in strategic transformation, organization design, culture shaping, change management, and employee experience.
Experience
Jennifer’s management consulting experience spans various industries, including industrials, life sciences, financial services, health care, consumer products, and non-profit organizations.
Previously, she was a senior partner with a global organizational consulting firm, responsible for designing programs for the firm’s largest clients and leading global solution development for digital organizational strategy solutions.
Before that, Jennifer held multiple human resources and operations executive roles for Day & Zimmermann, a diversified services firm. She also worked for two national consulting firms, helping clients maximize the impact of their technology investments to drive business performance.
Jennifer began her career in financial services, working in multiple roles for a leading investment management firm.

Philanthropy and Service
Jennifer has served in leadership roles on multiple boards throughout her career, including co-founding the Wharton Club of Philadelphia’s Women’s Network. She currently serves on the advisory board of Softerware and sits on the board of the Anti-Defamation League of Philadelphia.
