Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Rebekah was the director of business development for an organizational development firm that specializes in executive coaching and leadership development.
Previously, Rebekah was a principal for more than 10 years in a boutique executive search firm headquartered in Denver that focused on senior-level finance assignments for clients varying in size and industry.
Rebekah began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the financial turnaround practice.
