Andrew is the global managing partner of Heidrick Consulting.  He joined Heidrick from McKinsey & Co. where he was a Partner in the Operations practice working with clients to help architect, implement and sustain performance transformations.  While at McKinsey, he worked closely with clients in the transportation and logistics, private equity, leisure, retail and financial services sectors.  He also worked closely with senior management teams on talent and organization.  

Since joining Heidrick, Andrew has led leadership consulting and search work for transportation and logistics, private equity, financial services, and industrial clients.  His leadership consulting work has focused on accelerating performance through culture shaping, top team effectiveness, leadership/functional assessments and organization change, including defining and identifying opportunities for: CEOs, Presidents, Chief Commercial Officers, Chief Operations Officers, Chief Safety Officers, Chief Marketing/Sales Officers, Chief Purchasing Officers and board members.

Prior to McKinsey, Andrew led three SaaS-based technology and services companies serving clients in the consumer, hospitality, chemicals and transportation sectors. He also worked for A.T. Kearney where he focused on operations strategy for consumer products and pharmaceuticals clients.  Before business school he led sales and marketing in Latin America for Mead-Westvaco, a pulp and paper company.

Andrew is also on the Board of DOMUS, a non-profit in Stamford, CT focused on addressing the needs of underprivileged families in the Fairfield County area.


Andrew holds a B.A. in International Relations from Brown University and a M.B.A. from Harvard University. He is a graduate of Phillips Academy Andover.
