As a strong advocate for culture, she discusses why it’s so important and what made her realize that the organization’s culture needed a change. She also talks about the importance of taking an organized approach to defining organizational values so they can be used as a framework to embed the culture within the organization’s strategy, and what she did in particular to engage the physicians and other medical practitioners in the cultural transformation.
