Overview
Jeff Hauswirth is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Toronto office and a member of the North American CEO & Board of Directors Practice. He conducts global CEO searches for private, public, nonprofit, and private equity enterprises and board searches for a diverse group of client organizations.
Experience
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jeff was with another global executive search firm, where he helped drive significant growth in Canada before relocating to Asia. He opened their office in India and led the region for three years. Jeff was elected to the global board of directors for multiple terms and was chair of the compensation committee.
Jeff is often approached for his perspective on critical leadership topics both locally and abroad. He has been featured on BNN, the Globe & Mail, Research for Money, The Times of India, Top 1000 Funds.com (China), the Australian CEO Forum, the Superannuation Annual Conference of Australia, REALPAC, and has been on numerous leadership-themed podcasts.
Jeff recently served as chair of Second Harvest, the largest food rescuer in Canada, and is currently chair of the Governance Committee. He was also a board liaison for the $30 million capital campaign.
