Adrianna is known for her work advising innovative founders, investors, and CEOs in fintech and advising financial services firms going through periods of digital transformation.
She has extensive experience partnering with private equity and venture-backed businesses and scaled fintech and financial services firms, focusing on hiring CEO, President, COO, General Manager, go-to-market, product, and technology roles.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Adrianna worked at another global executive search firm in the technology officers practice, placing CTO, CIO, and data and security leads and at Paul Weiss in the legal recruiting department.
