Overview
Camilla Reventlow is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Amsterdam office where she leads the Technology & Services Practice for Benelux. She focuses on finding and assessing leaders and talent for the broader technology and digital space including verticals such as software/SaaS, services, high tech, e-commerce, and disruptive technology.
Experience
Camilla’s primary expertise is hiring international leaders for growth or transformation-focused companies across Europe. She has experience attracting stellar CxOs, VPs, and board members to both corporations and venture capital-backed businesses. Camilla also specializes in recruiting digital, cyber, and technology leaders across industries.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Camilla ran her own search business focused on digital talent. She previously worked as a consultant at an executive search firm where she was part of the global technology practice. Before her career in executive search, Camilla gained valuable experience working for IBM, Maersk, and Ricoh.
Camilla is fluent in English and Danish and is conversant with the Scandinavian languages. Camilla also speaks some German and Dutch.
