Guy Shaul is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of the global Technology & Services Practice. He is the global lead for the Web 3, Crypto & Digital Assets sector, and co-lead for the Cybersecurity sector in EMEA.
Experience
Guy works with clients from organizations across Web 3, digital assets, and fintech, and has worked with both native firms and organizations looking to enter the space. This includes businesses providing exchange, market-making, custody and wallet, payments, and broader market infrastructure services to institutional and retail customers, along with leading Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain providers.
Guy’s broader technology and fintech work includes B2B and B2C platforms spanning payments, software, lending, trading, and neo-banking. He works with privately owned and publicly listed organizations, often supporting them through periods of significant growth.
Guy specializes in working with organizations to build their technology and product leadership teams, with experience working on chief product officer, engineering, chief technology officer, and chief information security officer appointments.
