Ken Suzuki is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Tokyo office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. He conducts leadership assessment and development, board effectiveness reviews, and other consulting engagements across a broad range of industries, working with both global and local clients and colleagues around the world.
Experience
With more than 12 years of leadership advisory experience and an in-house HR background, Ken has helped client companies with both external talent solutions and internal talent development.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Ken was a consultant with another leading global leadership advisory firm. Prior to his career in executive search and leadership consulting, Ken held leadership roles with BlackRock, most recently as head of HR, Japan, and with Barclays Global Investors as CFO and head of HR, Japan. Ken started his career in financial services with American Express.
