Experience
Rick works with senior leaders across business, technology, operations, corporate strategy, transformation, and talent management to identify and support their strategic goals by applying BTG’s custom advisory services, project management capabilities, and interim executive talent services for clients in the insurance, asset management, payments, and market services sectors.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Rick was a sales manager for the Northeast Financial Services Client Group at Accenture, working on a wide range of customer-centric projects spanning digital transformation, data management, customer acquisition and retention, and operational excellence. Before that, he was a senior account executive at Forrester and had strategic growth roles at New York and Boston-based boutique investment research companies.
Rick started his relationship management career at Putnam Investments (now a Franklin Templeton Company), followed by Congress Asset Management.
