Jane Xing is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Beijing office and a member of the Financial Services Practice.
Experience
Jane works with regional and multinational financial institutions across China to identify top talents and address leadership challenges with a strong strategic lens. Alongside her work in the financial services practice, Jane is also passionate about partnering with clients in the social impact sector and on ESG issues in both the non-profit and private sectors, where she helps recruit dynamic leadership teams.
Jane brings a unique set of experience across leadership advisory, financial services, management consulting, and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jane led the financial services and social impact work in China at another global leadership advisory firm.
Prior to that, Jane worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in China, where she held the role of deputy director of private sector engagement and financial institution partnerships. Earlier, she was the director of strategic investment at Legend Holdings. Jane began her career at the corporate finance practice of McKinsey & Co. She speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
