Experience
Michael has held various leadership roles within Heidrick & Struggles, most recently he was the chief operating officer. While COO, Heidrick & Struggles saw unprecedented growth and profitability. Prior to his COO role, he was the global practice managing partner for the Technology & Services Practice, overseeing one of the premier technology and services search practices in the world.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Michael was head of the office of executive talent at EMC Corporation (now Dell EMC). He joined EMC in 2000 and was responsible for EMC’s executive hiring, movement, and career guidance. He also provided support to the chief executive officer and the executive team.
