Overview
Jane Schroeder is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. She designs and implements strategic, integrated talent management solutions while leading some of the firm’s largest executive assessment and development projects.
Experience
Jane works with leaders and teams to maximize their potential, accelerate business performance, and drive transformation. She has deep expertise in assessing leadership capability and potential (for selection, succession, and development) and is an experienced facilitator and certified coach.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jane worked in-house as the global talent and leadership director for a well-known energy company (circa 150,000 employees, €60bn revenue), where she led the talent strategy development to drive the organization’s transformation efforts. She was globally responsible for all executive succession and talent pipeline activities.
Previously, she worked in an international consultancy, leading projects across talent management, leadership assessment, leadership development, and culture change. During this time, she partnered with various blue-chip organizations spanning fast-moving consumer goods, automotive, engineering, telecommunications, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, and finance.
She has chartered business psychologist status with the British Psychological Society. She is a registered Occupational Psychologist with the Health Professionals Council and is a member of the Register of Qualifications in Occupational Test Use. Her psychometric accreditations include Hogan, Wave, MBTI, OPQ, and 16PF.
