Irene Sitbon is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ San Francisco office and a member of the Human Resources Officers Practice. Her search work focuses on chief human resources officers and their teams for pre-IPO to Fortune 100 companies, primarily in the technology and life sciences industries. She has expertise in the total rewards space and conducts many of these searches.

Irene began her executive search career with a retained global search firm and later joined a boutique firm specializing in executive diversity placements.
Originally from France, Irene started her career in the media as the documentary acquisition manager of Canal + Group, one of France’s leading media groups, now owned by Vivendi.
