In this next installment of Heidrick & Struggles’ Leadership Perspectives video series, Heidrick & Struggles’ Jane Bargmann and Tonya Muse speak to Jay Timmons, the president and CEO of the National Association of Manufacturers and chairman of the Manufacturing Institute.
